Position: HR & Admin Intern

Internship Period: 15 April 2022 to 14 October 2022
Within the HR & Admin department, you will be assisting the Head of the department to do Human Resource tasks an d help to assist the daily administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in recruiting, new employee boarding, training, appraisement and employee relationship management.
- Assisting in employee leave & absent management, and finish the related report.
- Assisting in reviewing and updating HR & Admin concepts, procedures and policies.
- Assisting in Organizing and developing new and existing HR & Admin services.
- Assisting in update the HR & Admin systems.
- Assisting in daily HR & Admin business.
- Assisting in establishing the HR administrative things.
- Assisting in the daily administration, including meeting management, reception, mail and other duties concerned.
Profile:
- Master degree in (Human Resource) Management, finance Or economics, you must be enrolled in a university program an d can do 6 month internship with an internship agreement of the trainee s school programme (mandatory internship).
- Good knowledge of Word an d Excel is required. Good at Microsoft office.
- Excellent in both oral an d written English an d French, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong analytical an d problem solving skills.
- Good communication an d organization skills.
- Motivated, good at providing innovative ideas an d comfortable working under pressure.
- Dedicated to maintaining high quality standards of excellence an d integrity.
