Internship Period: Six months from May-2023
As HR & Admin intern within the HR & Admin department, you will assist in Human Resource tasks and the daily administration issues.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting in recruiting, employee On boarding & off boarding, training and employee service and activities.
• Assisting in implement the HR information system and tools.
• Assisting in organizing and developing new and existing HR & Admin services, and HR information analyse.
• Assisting in editing the internal newsletters and digital magazines.
• Assisting in the market research and analyse of HR & Admin services.
• Assisting in the daily administration, including meeting management, reception, mailing and other duties concerned.
• Assisting in daily HR & Admin business when required.
Profile:
• Master degree in (Human Resource) Management, finance or economics, you must be enrolled in a university program and can do 6 month internship with an internship agreement of the trainee's school program (mandatory internship).
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PPT is required.
• Excellent in both oral and written Chinese, English and French, fluent in German is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Motivated, good at providing innovative ideas and comfortable working under pressure, and respect the deadline.
• Dedicated to maintaining high quality standards of excellence and integrity.
