2、人才招聘与入职管理:监督小时工及正式员工的招聘流程,确保新员工招聘、入职和培训的及时性,以满足公司的人才需求。
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:Oversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire Onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner.

1、学历要求:本科及以上学历。
Education:Bachelor’s degree required.
2、工作经验:具备仓库劳动力管理经验优先,熟悉外包劳工供应商管理,并具备谈判能力。
Work Experience:Prior experience in warehouse labor management is preferred; candidates should be familiar with managing outsourced labor suppliers and possess strong negotiation skills.
3、人力资源相关经验,有物流行业 HR 经验者优先。
HR-related experience (HR experience in logistics setting is highly preferred).
4、技能要求:具备良好的人际沟通、谈判能力、团队协作能力及供应商管理技能。
Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, collaboration, and vendor management skills required.
5、熟练使用办公软件(如 Word、Excel、PPT 等)和相关管理工具。
