We are a small team looking for an intern for the role of an administration assistant. He/She will provide support for the director within the job scope stated below:
· Provide secretarial services to general F&B operations
· Provide accurate verbal and written translation as and when needed in dealing with various situations with Associates, Guests, and Suppliers.
· Procurement of raw materials and merchandises
· Assist with menu translation, design, and printing for all outlets
· Arrange appointments and meetings for director
· Assist with payroll management, leave applications, and all data recording
· Assist with weekly and monthly employees' work schedules
· Assist in coordinating the screening of all applicants for employment
· Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
· Assist with preparation of training materials
· Invoicing for accounts receivable
· Maintain inventory reports
· Provide administrative support concerning logistics, shipping, or transportation
· Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
· Other adhoc duties
5 days work week in the office but may sometimes require 1 day per week to assist in the different stores.
Requirements
Fluent in French and/or English
Fluent in Chinese and/or Japanese
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Good organisational skills
Pro-active attitude
Meticulous, responsible and observant
6 months paid internship
