Combining the best in hospitality as well as payments knowledge, take the lead to define product direction, requirements, and prioritization.
You will work with various geographically distributed teams to lead the direction of a new global product that helps hospitality companies accept payments Online.
This role needs to balance closely the customer requirements and product MVP aligning to make the initial launch and future iterations successful.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
§ Take a lead On all product definition and requirement, including not limited to integration strategy, feature and functionality requirements, business systems integration, vendor management and other integration needs.
§ Work with multiple stakeholders On story definition, JAD sessions, handovers
§ Build out mock-up demos and proof of concept solutions as required prior to a solution moving to development
§ Able to present the solution in depth to customers and effectivity manage feature requests and prioritization of such to achieve a win win.
§ Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) On the product and its benefits for all stakeholders.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
§ Strong Hospitality (Hotel) operational or finance experience § Previous experience with eCommerce payment processing (preferably On a multinational/global scale)
§ You have the same passion for the Hospitality industry as our customer’s passion to serve their guests.
§ Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills required
§ Previous experience leading a team and coaching them to achieve results.
§ Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked and fast paced environment
§ Professional ‘get it done’ attitude and work ethic
§ Willingness to travel domestically and Overseas when the requirement arises. This role expects <25% travel.
§ Ability to work flexibly to cater to the business needs and time zones for the globally distributed teams that we have
§ Technical ability to analyse logs from client implementations to help resolve customer issues
§ Fluent in Mandarin, Chinese
