Key Responsibilities :
 Responsible for technical support throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, technical communication, and solution design.

• Provide Ｏn-site support during installation and commissioning; troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with China HQ support and R&D teams.

• Conduct solution testing, compile test reports, and work with product managers Ｏn product introduction and promotion.

• Deliver technical training to regional colleagues and customers to enhance product knowledge and competency.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base content. Support the presales phase by participating in product promotion and solution design based Ｏn customer needs.

Candidate Profiles :

• Your Profile Proven experience in technical support, solution design, or presales roles within the security industry (Alarm, Access Control, Video Intercom).

• Familiar with security system integration and protocols such as ＯnVIF, Wiegand, TCP/IP, RS485.

• Able to understand client pain points and provide scalable technical solutions.

• Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks in fast-paced environments (e.g., public tenders, large-scale rollouts).

• Knowledgeable about low-voltage and network-based security systems.

• Ability to translate technical concepts into simple language for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining technical clarity.

• Requirements Background in Science, Technology, Engineering (e.g., Computer, Electronic Engineering, Automation).

• Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear technical documentation.

• Fast learner with strong interest in new technologies.

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.

• Flexibility to work both Ｏn-site and in-office as needed.

• Strong collaboration skills across functions like Product, Sales, and R&D.

• Fluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in French is highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Candidates with background in security, low-voltage systems, or smart building sectors are preferred.
