Your job will be to develop a part of a distributed system that serves the hospitality industry. The system consists of many domain-oriented microservices developed under a few cross-functional teams. You can bring a smile Ｏn the faces of thousands of people working in hotels across the globe. 

Job Description

• Collaborating with ProductOwners in grooming the business requirements before development

• Designing, implementing andthen maintaining new functionalities inside a living system

• Performing code reviewsdaily  

• Guiding other developers intothe correct implementation of business requirements

Our Daily Work

• We follow Scrum with iteratingSprints, Grooming & Sprint planning sessions, Code Freeze after sprintand retrospective meetings

• We use Gitlab to sync the codewith develop and master branches, and create feature branch for each UserStory

• We commit daily and use CI/CDusing Gitlab/Jenkins

• We open merge requests and waitfor review for other team members before merge

• We use docker and dockercompose for local development and deployment of all microservices

• We create nuget packages toshare work with others in our own Nuget Server

• We use Visual Studio or Rideror VSC for coding

• We use teams to communicate andor participate in meetings with other team members

Qualifications

• Experience 3 years in asimilar role

• Advanced object-Oriented and orFunctional Programming paradigms 

• Good knowledge of C#, .NET, WebAPI (REST), Entity framework, or any other ORM (Dapper/NHibernate, etc.)

• Knowledge of DBs, such asPostgreSQL or Elastic Search

• Good Knowledge of testing(Unit/Integration tests)  

• The capability of writing cleancode along with tests

• Being an open-minded, proactiveperson

• Good knowledge of Chinese

Nice to have:  

• Experience with IntegrationSystems and patterns (xml/SOAP, JSON, CSV, FTP or HTTP messagetransformation/delivery, competing consumers pattern, pipes and filter,off loading queue etc.)

• Experience with distributedsystems, transactions, multi-tenant and multi-region systems

• Basics of Linux, Docker
