岗位描述：

1. Business planning: based Ｏn understanding of France consumer market, responsible for strategy planning for Sports & Entertainment.
2. Merchant management: conduct shop diagnosis based Ｏn data, communicate with merchants to results; analyse data from traffic and customer orders to identify problems; find improved solutions from products, quality, price, inventory, search, marketing and traffic to follow up with merchants to execute.
3. Merchant acquisition: Acquire merchants according to consumers needs and to complete our current category stock.
4. Product operations: Data driven mind-set, responsible for the full-cycle management (launch, promotion etc) for products in those category.
5. Improve the traffic or the growth of GMV(Gross Merchandise Volume) through data analysis; according to operational objectives, coordinate internal and external resources to achieve business goals.

根据法国市场特性，制定品类行业运营规划，负责在法国市场的整体运营，并确保各项运营工作顺利开展，及推动市场业务目标达成。行业：运动娱乐
1、业务规划：洞察本地需求，制定符合本地市场特性的行业运营年度规划，推动规划各项工作落地执行，合理拆解目标，确保业务目标达成；
2、商家运营：根据商家数据进行分类/分层管理，根据不同分类/分层商家制定不同的运营策略及计划，最终形成不同商家成长的土壤，大客户单店专业运营诊断，及时发现问题并解决问题；
3、品牌招商：针对知名缺失品牌进行反向招商，洽谈合作，邀请入驻，跟进入驻流程；
4、商品运营：分析用户对商品的需求，丰富市场供给，并根据商品的季节性特征及生命周期等，制定全年商品推广节奏；
5、营销活动：行业全年营销计划制定及执行，包含品类、单品牌、单商品等营销，通过市场资源整合，优秀方案制定，探索基于行业心智的创新营销模式，通过营销提升非标类行业商家商品出货效率；
6、项目管理：能根据法国本地行业商圈实际情况和消费者需求快速进行业务创新，多个项目平行管理，搭建清晰的业务架构，寻找内外部合作伙伴和资源，确保按照时间节点拿结果。
本岗位负责该平台和行业的整体研究与分析，包括行业用户、商家、店铺、商品、竞争对手等情况，并根据市场及行业情况及时调整运营策略。

岗位要求：

1. 1 years e-commerce related working experience; familiar with brand companies' Ｏnline and offline channels and business models, familiar with e-commerce platform operations.
2. Familiar with products operation and supply chain management; have strong product analysis capabilities, and have certain understanding of trends.
3. Have data analysis and mining capabilities, good at finding problems; data modeling capability is a plus.
4. Rich business negotiation experience, excellent communication skills; team player.
5. Strong logical thinking ability; systematic operation ability and innovation awareness.
6. Have good project management ability, good at integrating resources, and have certain organizational and coordination skills.
7. Fluent English for business communication，French plus.

1、全日制本科及以上学历，1年以上服饰/运动相关行业 品牌公司运营或平台运营经验，熟悉品牌公司线上线下渠道及运营业务模式，熟悉电商平台运营，海外背景，跨境业务运营经验优先；
2、熟悉行业市场，对品牌运作有深入了解，对线上线下市场行情以及消费者有敏锐的洞察和分析力；
3、具备营销策划、组织协调及资源整合能力，良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
4、有较强的数据处理和分析能力；
5、有丰富的商务合作和谈判经验，有丰富的进销存商品和供应链管理经验；有卓越的创新项目管理经验和营销经验优先；
6、具备流利商务英文沟通能力，会法语者优先。
