电信交付工程师/Delivery Engineer

Responsibilities:

1.     Implement the project as planned according to the requirements of the project manager, complete the tasks assigned by the project manager, an d act as a bridge  of communication an d coordination during project implementation an d feedback on the implementation process;

2.     Carry out software deployment, upgrade an d testing, an d solve the problems in the implementation process;

3.     Conduct system operation an d maintenance training for customers;

4.     Communicate with customers to clarify the test situation, collect an d organize user requirements, output test reports an d requirements documents;

5.     Instruct users to prepare an d configure basic data;

6.     Compile an d output relevant implementation documents according to company requirements.

You may also need to accomplish other requirements from your manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

seline >-        Bachelor’s degree Ｏr plus, preferably in Computer Science/ Telecommunication Ｏr some other relevant major

seline >-        Knowledge of telecom industrial, especially have understanding an d knowledge of Operation Support Systems, CRM, Billing, data analytics, is preferred.

seline >-        Knowledge of database （Oracle Ｏr MySQL） an d Linux, familiar with the deployement of Oracle Ｏr MySQL, certificate of Oracle Ｏr MySQL is preferred.

seline >-        Able to write DDL an d DML sentences an d Linux common instructions

seline >-        Business level English: Fluent

seline >-        Fluent use of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PPT, Visio.

seline >-        Good presentation an d negotiation skills.

seline >-        Excellent written an d oral English communication skills.

seline >-        Ability to priorities tasks in a frequently hectic environment

seline >-        Familiar with software engineering, able to independently solve various problems during the software delivery process;

seline >-        Able to bear hardships an d stand hard work, adapt to frequent business trips to serve customers, accept business trips, an d complete tasks assigned by superiors;

seline >-        A certain knowledge base of cloud technology is preferred.

seline >-        Any other language will be a plus
