Operation Support System Delivery Engineer Intern

Purpose: 

The Purpose of the OSS Engineer is to review business processes in OSS domain. You should be charge of the delivery, expansion and upgrade of hardware and software platforms for domestic and overseas communication billing projects. As an OSS engineer, Software and Hardware technology needs to be used in your daily work. You need to manage many different tasks and deal with unexpected situation.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement the project as planned according to the requirements of the project manager, complete the tasks assigned by the project manager, and act as a bridge of communication and coordination during project implementation and feedback Ｏn the implementation process;

2. Carry out software deployment, upgrade and testing, and solve the problems in the implementation process;

3. Conduct system operation and maintenance training for customers;

4. Communicate with customers to clarify the test situation, collect and organize user requirements, and output test reports and requirements documents;

5. Instruct users to prepare and configure basic data;

6. Compile and output relevant implementation documents according to company requirements.

You may also need to accomplish other requirements from your manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or plus, preferably in Computer Science/ Telecommunication or some other relevant major

• Basic Knowledge of telecom industrial, especially have understanding and knowledge of Operation Support Systems, CRM, Billing, data analytics is preferred.

• Able to write DDL and DML sentences and Linux common instructions

• Business level English: Fluent

• Fluent use of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PPT, Visio. 

• Good presentation and negotiation skills. 

• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

• Ability to priorities tasks in a frequently hectic environment

• Familiar with software engineering, able to independently solve various problems during the software delivery process;

OSS工程师(实习生)职责是审查OSS领域的业务流程。负责国内外通信计费项目软硬件平台的交付、扩展和升级。作为OSS工程师，在日常工作中需要用到软/硬件技术。您需要管理许多不同的任务并处理意外情况。

主要职责：

1. 根据项目经理的要求按计划实施项目，完成项目经理交办的任务，在项目实施过程中起到沟通协调和反馈实施过程的桥梁作用；

资格和技能：

1. 本科或以上学历，最好是计算机科学/电信或其他相关专业

2. 熟悉电信行业，特别是对运营支持系统、CRM、计费、数据分析有了解者优先。

3. 熟悉数据库（Oracle或MySQL）和Linux，熟悉Oracle或MySQL部署，有Oracle或MySQL证书者优先。

4. 能写DDL和DML语句和Linux常用指令

5. 商务英语：流利

6. 熟练使用微软办公软件，包括Word、Excel、PPT、Visio。

7. 良好的演讲和谈判技巧。

8. 优秀的书面和口头英语沟通能力。

9. 在频繁忙碌的环境中优先处理任务的能力

10. 熟悉软件工程，能够独立解决软件交付过程中的各种问题；

11. 能吃苦耐劳，适应频繁出差服务客户，接受出差，完成上级交办的任务；

12. 有一定的云技术知识基础者优先。

13. 掌握任何其他语言将是一个优势。

工作地点在卢森堡，实习要求尽快开始，5-6个月后可转正式CDD/CDI合同，有卢森堡工作资格的优先。
