Responsibility
Responsible for assisting with implementation an d life cycle process of recruitment work
Receive, screen, an d filter incoming resumes, background, an d reference checks
Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective clients for corporate functions an d high volume projects
Ensure the maintenance of accurate an d concise records an d reports concerning all li
Maintain consistent standards for all applicants an d ensure compliance with all local rules an d regulations related to hiring an d recruiting
Reporting an d support team operation works
Requirements
2-3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s Degree in HRM preferred, Familiar with local labor laws.
Can works well under pressure, ability to work in fast-paced environment
Sense of professionalism an d ability to develop relationships with strong attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, an d meet timelines on deliverables
Strong communication with fluent France & Chinese Or English, both written an d verbally
Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong excel & PPT skills preferred
