Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for the local after-sales service network management of xiaomi mobile phones an d ecosystem product
2. Establish local after-sales service specifications an d process standards, an d organize the implementation
3. Respond quickly to customers requests for after-sales service an d solve problems timely
4. Responsible for organizing an d undertaking local after-sales service projects
5. Responsible for organizing regular return visits an d surveys of users, an d coordinating the relationship with users
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of working experience in electronic products after-sales service
2. Familiar with the mobile phone market an d after-sales service policies in developed Countries, have overseas after-sales service experience
3. Proficient in MS Office, good at complaint handling, quality management, external public relations an d coordination;
4. Lay emphasis on the details an d have strong planning an d communication skills.
5. Strong communication skills, be result-oriented an d pressure-resistant
6. Fluent in french, English, Chinese
7. Work permission in France
