The Finance & Administration role is responsible for finance related task and supports HR & administrative tasks of Alpha’s French Subsidiary (Payroll, Accounting & Book Keeping, Tax & Financial) in order to ensure that all the policies and procedures are attended.
This role reports to the subsidary finance supervisor. It is also responsible to coordinate financing practices in cooperation with external financing auditor,ie financial accounts, reports, or filing VAT and tax returns documents and all vendor contracts.
Duties and responsibilities
· Liaise with the French Funding Agencies for tuition fee payments
· Manage the French social charges and obligations
· Liaise with the team in Europe and at the local level
· Financial transaction management and reporting
· Support in Budget Management
· General financial reporting duties
· Liaise with Chartered accountant for all payroll and human resources requirements
Requirement
· A minimum Bac 5 level of the CCA / DCG / DSCG master's type or Business School
· 1years finance related work experience, with a solid technique in accounting and management control.
· Fluent in Chinese & French, Operational English is imperative
