Project Coordinator

COMPANY

Snowmen is a young and dynamic consulting company providing support for its Client Ｏn their digital activities in China. In less than a year, the agency's activity has skyrocketed and is now looking for some additional hands to help out. 

Snowmen's customers include prestigious companies in the tourism, luxury and outdoor industries. Its activities include WeChat account creation, Store animation (T-Mall / WeChat stores), Community management Ｏn WeChat, etc... 

We are working with partner agencies in China and are currently looking for a native chinese speaker (Mandarin) to coordinate projects with our partner agencies in Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. 

MISSION

The candidate will be in charge of ; 

- Coordinating the creation of WeChat accounts for our clients with partner agencies and Tencent 

- Coordinating the stores creations and animations Ｏn WeChat 

- Coordinating with Chinese agencies the Key Opinion Leader campaigns. 

- Coordinating with community management teams in China to ensure quality services to our clients 

- Coordinating the conception and development of WeChat mini-sites, mini-programs and websites hosted in China 

- Coordinate all other projects that involve our partner Chinese agencies. 

- Coordinate translation and copywriting projects with partners. 

He/She will be reporting directly to the CEO of the company. Snowmen's structure is light, agile and de-centralized: the candidate will work at distance at first, and then in an office in the city of Annecy. 

PROFILE

We are looking for a self-driven personality, comfortable with multi-tasking and taking initiatives and responsibilities, without a need to being pushed or checked constantly. The candidates should be particularly well organized and detail orientated. 

He/She should be comfortable with the usage of Chinese platforms products (Tencent, Alibaba or Baidu). Not necessarily expert Ｏn those platforms since the operations are run from expert companies in China : but having a sufficient understanding of those tools to exchange seamlessly with our partner agencies in China. 

The candidate should speak and write perfect mandarin. Speaking English or French is mandatory. 

The person should have at least 1 or 2 years working experience – interneships would also be considered -, with some experience with digital marketing, ideally with China. 

CONDITIONS

- The job is flexible and varies according to the agency's activity : some weeks might be busy, but the next Ｏne very relax. 

- We consider hiring part-time (3 or 4 days per week), or working Ｏn a freelance basis. 

- This job is a permanent position. 

- The start date will be either in July, or 1st of September at the latest. 

- Work from home : manage your time as you want, as long as the job is delivered within deadlines. 

- Work from office after the company office is setup in Annecy : flexible working times.
