Pricing an d Purchasing Intern

Responsibilities: 

• Source and evaluate the suppliers and maintain vendor profile for commercial sourcing decision

• Make quotation to sales managers and assist in order placement including sourcing and ensure solutions are deliverable by provisioning team

• Assist in providing management reports for business intelligence in sourcing, market price trend and vendor performance evaluation.

• Support vendor payment process

• Provide administrative support for team management and Ad hoc tasks

Requirement: 

• Highly effective communication skills to work with external partners and internal teams

• Strong analytical skills, good business sense and broad understanding of IT/Telecom market

• Target-oriented, highly self-motivated and strong ownership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

• Excellent in Chinese, French and English
