Job Desc
· Processing, monitoring and managing the order process in cooperation with Sales and Logistic department;
· Maintaining good contact with customers regarding products and prices;
· Assisting in the invoice process;
· Maintaining the CRM data ba
· Review discrepancies in data received and performs data verification;
· Office assistant activities (e.g. answering incoming calls, mail handling, office supplies, etc.)
· Other duties as directed by French Channel Sales Manager
Job Requirements
· Min. a Bachelor degree
· Profound knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
· High level of accuracy in the daily tasks
· Self-starter with ability to work with little supervision
· Excellent problem solving and communication skills
· Fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and French (written and spoken). English would be considered as a major advantage.
