E-commerce Manager

seline >Responsibilities:

seline >·       Responsible for the mi.com management, communication, an d coordination of e-commerce operation, business planning, quality control, channel mapping.

seline >·       Managing the project schedule an d making sure the project will complete as planned.

seline >·       Plan an d implement sales operation strategy on mi.com, according to the company s overall strategy an d KPIs, which includes Gross Merchandise Volume （GMV）, total profit, stock turnover rate, market share, an d growth rate.

seline >·       Responsible for daily sales operation, which includes new items setup, logistics management, product page optimization, keywords optimization, an d business flow optimization.

seline >·       Work closely with partners, organize, implement an d optimize sales an d promotional campaigns on mi.com.

Requirements:

seline >·       Bachelor Ｏr Master degree（s） in, business management Ｏr project management is required.

seline >·       Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce project management, overseas markets exploring experience preferred.

seline >·       Agile thinking, strong communication skills, ability to work an d collaborate across departments.

seline >·       High degree of responsibility, work proactively, willing to accept the challenge, ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy environment.

seline >·       Familiar with E-commerce business.
