Report to: Department Director
Location: Huawei Technologies Office，Arcs de Seine 18 Quai du point du jour, 92100 Boulogne Billancourt
Main Responsibilities:
1.Create & follow the status of the PR（Purchase Request）, regular feedback and warning of unusual problem.
2.Be responsible to resolve the difficulties existing in the process, such as PR entering, invoices, acceptance and payment.
3.To supervise the implementation of the various business departments and drive the continuous improvement of business.
4.Be responsible for training of relevant business processes. To guide BU requestors’ PR and payment applications and check ABC Due Diligence documents.

Requirements:
1. Working Experience
Worked in middle or big scale company for more than 1 years is preferred. Familiar with MS office.
2. Industry Background
We prefer telecommunication or science and engineering background.
3. Education Background
We prefer Commercial or Telecommunication or Supply Chain major.
4. Language
France (B2 or above), English.
