岗位职责:
1. 结合用人部门和海外合作伙伴的用人要求,撰写招聘职位描述,及时发布招聘广告。
2. 负责海外招聘渠道维护,定期在各渠道上发布相关招聘和品牌信息,吸引潜在人才。
3. 开发海外地区招聘渠道,包括美国、英国、法国、德国和捷克。
4. 根据招聘要求进行mapping和候选人寻访,筛选候选人简历,并进行电话面试。
5. 根据市场情况和招聘情况,收集相关数据进行数据分析。
6. 协助海外合作伙伴进行雇主品牌项目和招聘项目
7. 协助招用人部门,进行人才梯队培养。
要求:
1. 本科以上学历,人力资源管理、商务、心理学等专业优先。
2. 有海外留学或工作经验者优先。(美国,欧洲留学生优先考虑)
3. 工作认真负责,积极上进,学习能力强,沟通能力优秀。
4. 中、英(或法语/德语/西班牙语/捷克语)听、说、读、写流利,并具有优秀的写作能力。
Responsibilities
1. Liaise with hiring managers an d overseas partners to create Job Desc
2. Manage current hiring channels of designated Countries an d regions, leverage social media platforms to build brand awareness an d attract potential talent.
3. Develop talent acquisition channels for designated Countries an d regions, including U.S.A., U.K., France, Germany an d Czech Republic.
4. Conduct talent acquisition mapping, candidate screenings an d phone interviews.
5. Research, collect an d analyse market data an d TA data.
6. Liaise with overseas partners on employer branding an d TA projects.
7. Assist hiring managers with building talent pool.
About you:
1. Bachelor degree Or above, major in HR Management, Business Management, Psychology Or other related studies preferred.
2. Studying Or work experience in US, France Or Germany preferred.
3. Strong attention to detail an d work ethic, Positive attitude with a passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience.
4. Fluent proficiency in English(or French/German/Spanish/Czech) and Mandarin is a must. Skilled at creative writing.
