Job position: Procurement Specialist / Manager

Responsibility:
1. Manage indirect procurement category (MKT, Retail, Admin, Logistics etc) and focus Ｏn after-sale service & logistics, to establish and continuously optimize the procurement guideline and management system according to variety of categories within WEU countries;
2. Set up and manage the supplier pool by category to support the stakeholder departments, to ensure all the execution could go well and efficiently, and keep optimizing deliverables' quality, cost and efficiency to contribute to better business success;

5. As sponsor for country/regional procurement manager, in-depth understanding of company's business, control the stakeholder's demands to make a comprehensive resource plan, and promote the satisfactions with stakeholders all the time.
Job Requirements:
1. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, able to handle multi-tasking work efficiently. Excellent communication skills, good at communicating and cooperating with stakeholders at all levels.
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in indirect procurement of similar industries (Telecom, FMCG, Electronics) experienced in indirect marketing procurement, including after sales service and logistics (warehousing, transportation service, reverse-logistics) segments; Minimum 2 years team management experience.
3. Proficient in office software (such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), able to independently complete various reports, documents and presentation materials.
4. Fluent in English and local languages, able to communicate fluently in written and oral communication. Multiple languages would be a plus.
5. Open-minded and fast learner. Be ready for business trips in domain market or cross-countries. Must hold valid residence ID and driver license.
