Job Title: Senior Procurement Manager M/F

Job Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, France

This is a non-remote working role with up to 10% global travel.

A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Sourcing & Supply:

• Define country sourcingstrategies (in collaboration with BU leads and Procurement category manager)including segmentation of preferred/approved suppliers, developing and qualifyingnew suppliers, negotiations and contracts management.

• Manage sourcing events andcollaborate Ｏn global events by initiating and completing RFQ’s, RFP’s forkey goods and services.

• Work closely with BU/BG,R&D and Shared Services Center to lead sourcing for new innovations, engineeringservice, products and materials approvals.

• Leverage global and regionalsuppliers to offer supply coverage across the region to support both existingmarkets and new market openings; Lead for regional contracts negotiations& vendors management.

Markets Insight:

• Ensure end to end Procurementsupport for new markets while continuing to evolve Ｏn sourcing strategies:regulatory guidelines, ba

• Enhances focus Ｏn new marketopenings by having approved ‘go-to’ suppliers and manage initial local suppliers’identification.

Continuous Optimization:

• Drives profitable growthfueled by efficiencies through service and materials cost structureoptimization. Provide support for design-to-value initiatives, fromopportunity identification through negotiation and implementation.

• Manage products and activitiesin a manner that drives costs out of supply chain with considerations ofquality, reliability of supply, lead times and consistent service to thecustomer ba

People and Personal Development:

• Assist in the training anddevelopment of procurement team.

• Ability to thrive in ahigh-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word,and PowerPoint.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

• Minimum of Three years’experience in management procurement role; Minimum of Ten years of globalprocurement experience.

• Bachelor’s Degree in similar field required.

• Fluent English and French mandatory for this opportunity. Knowledge of more than three languages is preferred.

• Exceptional negotiation andcollaboration skills that enhance the company’s value structure.
