法务主管（大集团跨国公司）

主要职责/PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES：

1.服务和支持集团各BG/BU在欧洲各国业务的日常法律需求，包括但不限于：

Serve and support legal issues of Group in Europe, including but not limited to:

a.集团法务部在欧洲子公司的业务联系人。The first contact for EU subsidiaries in Group Legal Department. 

b.合同起草和审查。Draft and review contract, e.g. commercial, employment and etc. 

c.日常运营、业务法律咨询。Consult to legal inquiries related to business and operation from EU subsidiaries.

d.协助处理仲裁和纠纷。Assist in handling arbitration and dispute. 

e.业务相关法律研究及维护法律法规库。business related legal research and legal inventory management.  

f.向业务部门解释法律概念和监管指引。Strong ability to translate the legal concepts and regulatory instructions into plain language and improve the deliver to EU subsidiaries.    

2.处理与欧洲子公司业务相关的合规事项。Consult, advise and train business related compliance issues for EU subsidiaries. 

3.维护欧洲子公司公司治理信息。Manage corporate governance information of EU subsidiaries. Keep the registration information up to date. 

要求/REQUIREMENTS：

1.具备中国法律教育背景和欧洲国家法学院的法律教育背景；Legal education background in China and EU countries. 

2.具备法律职业资格；Obtained the legal professional qualification in China or EU.

3.熟练掌握英语和中文，欧盟成员国官方语言，例如法语、波兰语、德语流利者优先；Proficiency in both English and Chinese language, fluent in official languages of EU member states, e.g. French, Polish and German, will be a plus.

4.3-5年律师事务所（客户为企业法律顾问优先)或公司内相似职位(内部法律顾问经验优先)工作经验。3-5 year of working experience in law firm (corporate legal adviser preferred) or similar role in the company(in-house experience preferred).

5.具备工作抗压能力、判读工作优先级的能力，及自主调节工作的能力。Ability to work under pressure and shifting priorities. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently. 

6.服务导向，具备成为业务部门的法律工作伙伴的能力。Service-oriented, with ability to work an act as a true legal business partner with business department.

具有商业思维和优先的沟通技巧。Commercial awareness and good negotiating skills.

PS:法国/德国/比利时/波兰  四个国家任选一个办公地。
