1)Be the window person for local customer to process daily B2B orders, create invoice for orders and treat the customer’s requirements, deal with the potential discrepancies
2)Collect customer’s production needs to consolidate the internal manufacturing scheduling and plan
3) Coordinate with sales team to ensure the payment collection
4)Coordinate with internal logistic department and the 3rd party transportation partner to ensure the product shipment from China and warehouse storage related activities 5)Manage the France local warehouse activities
6)Manage the ship out of products to the clients and update tracking number with correct information, be responsible for customer On time delivery
7)Work with teammates to improve the efficiency and accuracy of any processes implemented within the Logistics Department with creativity and resourcefulness
8) Support local administration activities
