Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for technical training and support to local distributors, including installation, dealing with after-sales problems (software/hardware/electrical/algorithm functions) and other related issues to improve customer satisfaction;
2. Visit customers and provide Ｏn-site technical support; independently conduct installation, disassembly and assembly machine etc.;
3. Provide technical support for the promotion of the company's new products. Such as displaying new product features, building a demonstration platform, and assisting sales manager in technical exchanges with customers;
4. Track the quality status of the products and feedback improvement solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, electrical automation or related;
2. Interested in robotics/automatic control/robot system and other related technical background;
3. Strong learning and team work ability;
4. Fluent in Mandarin and French, proficiency in local language is preferred.
