YOUR MISSIONS
1. According to the company's overall business ob
2. Analyze sales data, organize and prepare sales reports, and report toDirector regularly;
3. Maintain customer relationships, communicate with customers, understandcustomer needs in a timely manner, and improve customer satisfaction;
4. Exploit new markets, develop new customers, and complete departmentsales targets Ｏn time;
5. Manage the sales team, be responsible for organizing employee training,and optimizing the team’s working methods or processes;
6. Responsible for communication and coordination with other businessdepartments, as well as problem communication and resolution.
REQUIRED PROFILE
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or supply chain managementis preferred;
2. At least 2 years of cargo sales experience, and a good understanding of airtransportation and freight forwarding;
3. Excellent communication skills, proficient in both Chinese and English,French speaking is a plus;
4. Knowing how to create a dynamic and unifying team environment to makeit a key driver of growth.
