Finance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities：
· Initiate transactions for client engagements including bookkeeping, prepare Journal Entry,
reconciliation and invoicing for client engagement;;
· Respond to policy questions relating to internal policies and local GAAP accounting issues or consult financial accounting policy experts where appropriate;
· Ad hoc presentations and analysis as required;
· Provide guidance to junior team members;
· To submit financial statements to the local requirement based Ｏn financial work plan;
· responsible for processing financial documents, contract, etc;
· To timely learn about the local financial and taxation policies and to summarize the collected information, for reporting to the parent company.

Education and Qualification：
· Major in accounting and Tax, familiar with Belgium/UK/France/Germany/Portugal/Italy (one)
GAAP, tax environment and compliance requirements;
· Good command of MS Office;
· Strong Project Management Skills & Financial Analytical Skills;
· Strong Interpersonal Skills & Organizational Skills;
· English oral and written skills – advanced level;
· Ｏne of French/German/Dutch/Portuguese/Italian language skill is preferred;
· Accept business trip in Europe (2 to 3 months in customer's office may be required during management transfer)；
· Experience working with a financial/tax agency or as a freelance consultant in Belgium/UK/France/Germany/ Portugal /Italy Company；

· 5- 8 years’ experience in financial accounting and process, Experience in big four accounting firm or bookkeeping agency is preferred.
