The business development department is responsible for sourcing deals as opportunities to help them expand across Europe
Role:
- Assist the director to identify and source and prospects potential investments and projects across Europe, including but not limited o the European Union
- Analyse these opportunities and present business cases
- Develop analytical and financial tools for local use to better filter opportunities
- Liaise with our BD Partners to maximize outcome and awareness for our projects
- Assist in determining and understanding the various regulatory aspects, Incoterms, trade finance techniques of import and distribution in the EU
- Liaise with project companies On the various steps of TOJOY service and investment
- Assist the manager in charge of TOJOY Europe Marketing and Communication in executing the plan
- Assist top management with ad-hoc projects, for example related to IPO, development of relations with investment funds
- Attend meetings with product companies (online and offline)
Skills and competencies required
- Excellent analytical skills, both business and financial
- Good all round economic and business knowledge
- Good knowledge of international commerce and understanding of Incoterms
- Fluent Chinese and English, another European language is a plus
- Good team working, but able to work independently
- Advanced skills with MS Office tools particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Notions of design editing like Photoshop, Illustrator
- Notions of video editing skills
- Notions of marketing and communications
