高级财务经理

PURPOSES: 

 Be responsible for the accuracy and reliability of financial ledgers. 

 Editing and following up Ｏn budgets and business plans. 

 Responsible for the monthly forecast and other reports for the Group. 

 Monitoring accounts receivables accounts payables and cash flows. 

 Cover the different function of finance (bookkeeping, financial statement, cash flow management, cost control, budget, business plan…)

 Regular inventory verification. 

 Making financial analysis and proposing improvement actions.

 Reporting to headquarters in China, respecting the reporting deadlines according to the Group agenda. 

 Relations with auditors during their annual audit.  

 Contribute to tax optimization regarding flows between France and Group parent company.

 Compliance with the local laws, accounting, social, and Tax. 

 Implement appropriate KPIs to measure the performance of the activities. 

 Participate in the development of ERP/Financial software processes. 

 Dealing with governmental authorities.

Location: Bordeaux, France

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance / Accounting. 

 Minimum of 15 years of working experience in finance with very good knowledge of French accounting and tax rules, capacity to control the accuracy of bookkeeping. 

 Minimum of 8 years’ experience in an international company in France (interaction with China would be a plus) 

 Knowledge and Experience in both China and France (language and culture)

 Background in the beauty world, especially institute would be a plus 

 Familiar with international financial instruments (letter of credit….). 

 Has working experience in the industrial entity (a full process of R&D, manufacture, inventory, sales….) would be a strong plus

 Has knowledge of financial leasing - Knowledge of Financial software / ERP systems. 

 Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers. 

 Capacity to meet a tough deadline. 

 Excellent communication in French and Chinese written and oral. 

 English ability would be a plus. 

 Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel. 

 Independent and structured way of working with strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 

 Professionalism is characterized by integrity, thoroughness, and accuracy. 

 Highly committed and reliable.
