Responsibilities:
1. Master the service flow for students from grade 9-12 and their parents, provide comprehensive counseling guidance, and coach them through the application processes (offering them school information and planning co-curricular activities).
2. Establish student files, and cooperate with the admissions manager and partners to complete the four-year planning for students. Match and recommend various international academic resources and extracurricular programs with target clients.
3. Track students’ Ongoing academic performance in school and institute targeted learning initiatives.
4. Ensure timely and perfect communication, responding to all parent contact within 24 hours during the working week.
5. Coach students through outlining, drafting, and revising college essays and resumes and assist students with registering for exams, activities and checking results.
6. Respond quickly to partners’ and admission manager’s other needs.
Position requirements:
1. Be detail-oriented and responsible.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills (people-oriented, patient, willing to collaborate with students and other counselors On the team).
3. Self-motivated and adaptable to individual tasks.
4. Excellent critical thinking skills and being comfortable with accumulating and proceeding information Affinity with and interest in education
5. Strong English communication and writing skills,TOEFL100/ IELTS 6.5 and above.
6. Bachelor's degree or above (overseas experience preferred).
7. Prior relevant knowledge and experience in the education industry, accept fresh graduates.
